Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Cedar City is seeking a Front End Supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience at the store level. You will lead a team of Associates, model exceptional service, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Responsibilities include training staff on front-end processes, coordinating breaks and POS coverage, and partnering with management to meet priorities while ensuring policy compliance and loyalty program promotion.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and coaches associates on front end principles and personalized customer experiences.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and responds to POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicates priorities to management and staff and provides progress updates.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and adheres to policies and labor laws.
