Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a front-of-store Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates.

You will oversee frontline operations, train staff, coordinate register coverage, and drive loyalty program participation while ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. This role requires strong communication, merchandising know-how, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques and store operations.
• Experience training and mentoring front-end staff; leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and coordinate POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety practices.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
