Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in Fremont, CA to guide front-end operations, coach associates, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping environment. You will work with store leadership to keep the sales floor stocked and procedures followed, while handling openings/closings and addressing customer concerns.

The role requires a strong service mindset, leadership ability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay is shown for this position.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach associates during shifts.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead front-end operations and line management to ensure smooth checkout flows.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate transactions and resolve customer concerns.
• Support scheduling, openings/closings, and merchandise flow.
