Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in California to drive front-end operations, guide associates, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. You will model our customer-first mindset, lead by example, and coordinate checkout, line management, and service recovery throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail is a plus.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and operational accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts, adjusting priorities to meet business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with merchandising and stock organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and ensure coverage.
• Ensure policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
