Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and provide positive experiences.
• Promote and train on loyalty and credit programs.
