Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in North Platte, NE is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to lead a team of Associates and ensure excellent customer service while promoting loyalty programs. This role emphasizes training, coverage coordination, and adherence to safety and labor policies.

You will supervise registers, support POS coverage, and mentor associates to improve the in-store experience. This position requires strong communication, organization, and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
