Job summary

TJ Maxx Store 1642 North Platte NE is hiring to lead front-of-store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will mentor associates, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate registers while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership capacity, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility for nights and weekends is preferred.
