Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor front-end Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversees Associates, assigns registers, and coordinates breaks.
• Trains and coaches on personalizing customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and communicates priorities to staff.
• Maintains a safe, compliant, and organized store environment.
• Supports management in training needs and in reducing shrink.
