Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You will model outstanding service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while driving loyalty and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and model outstanding service

• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies
• Support loyalty and credit program promotions
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with management on training needs
