Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe store environment
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction goals
