Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Auburn location is seeking a front-end supervisor/lead to promote an exceptional customer experience and mentor Associates on front-end best practices. You will oversee registers, ensure courteous service, and support loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Leads by example, trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Manages registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
