Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to oversee Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and strong loyalty program promotion.

You will model exceptional customer service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a clean, organized store. Eligible candidates will have strong merchandising understanding, be a team player, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to train and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and coaches associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
