The TJX Companies, Inc. in Pell City, AL is hiring for a front-end leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and oversee Associates at the store front.

You will model outstanding service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant store environment. Ideal candidates have retail experience, leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic off-price retail setting.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player who can train others and support peers and supervisors.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in-store and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead by example with front-end customer service and store presentation.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinate registers, ensure POS coverage, and manage break scheduling.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store policy compliance.
• Communicate priorities to management and Associates and provide progress updates.
• Support management on training needs and labor law adherence.
• Promote safety, shrink reduction programs, and loyalty initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
