Qualifications

• Must have 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and manages POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer engagement.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and policies.
• Supports safety, labor laws, and shrink-reduction initiatives.
