Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience
• Lead front-of-store Associates and supervise POS coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and loss-prevention goals
• Support training needs and provide feedback to staff
