Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to promote an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee a team at the front of the store, guiding associates, managing POS coverage, and encouraging loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, ability to multi-task, and effective communication. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising techniques and retail knowledge.

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

• Ability to train and coach associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead a team of associates and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Coach associates on loyalty programs and store procedures.
• Assign registers and manage POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and improve experience.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate updates and progress to management.
