Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and lead by example

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and manages front-end operations
• Trains and coaches Associates on customer service and store procedures
• Manages registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a safe store environment
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies
