Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, seeks a front-line leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide Associates at the front of the store. You will train staff on front-end principles, support loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring Associates, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating tasks to align with the store plan. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor front-end associates and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate registers, breaks, and POS coverage; ensure store tasks align with plan.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, organized store.
