Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of store
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with customer promotions
• Lead by example and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Coordinate registers, coverage, and breaks for all Associates
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction
• Assist management in training needs and store operation priorities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promote safety and a clean, organized store environment
