Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through structured sessions designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals.

This on-site role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and quarterly bonuses. Training is provided, and candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
• Ensure each participant’s experience is professional, supportive, and respectful
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experience
