Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through structured sessions, helping them build positive habits, stay motivated, and progress toward personal goals. You’ll work one-on-one with participants, using a structured program and tools provided in training.

The role suits those with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises.
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members.
• Ensure each participant’s experience is professional, supportive, and respectful.
• Follow established processes to maintain a consistent experience.
