Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Customer Experience Coach to guide individuals through a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals. This on-site role includes full paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.

As a coach, you’ll work one-on-one during scheduled sessions, help participants stay engaged, monitor program tools, encourage journaling and mindfulness, and keep accurate notes for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions.
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided).
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises.
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members.
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful.
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experience.
