Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Selling and Support Captain in New Jersey to act as a customer advocate and role model for colleagues. As an elevated hourly teammate, you will drive results through promotions and Omni-channel selling while delivering outstanding service on the selling floor.

Under a People Leader, you'll lead tasks, train staff on POS and store systems, and help open/close procedures. Advancement opportunities include Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to merchandise and promote products to drive sales.
• Comfort leading tasks and guiding colleagues on store processes.
