Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and merchandise while delivering exceptional service.
• Lead colleagues in executing assigned tasks.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving and resolutions.
• Open and close store operations and manage cash registers.
• Educate colleagues on POS technology and handheld devices.
