You will work under a People Leader and have opportunities to advance to Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager as you grow with the Macy's team.

Formación

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to ensure each customer experience is outstanding.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store customer experience.
• Meet with People Leaders to plan and monitor total store activities.
• Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and fulfillment processes.
