Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders, merchandising, processing new products, or supervising the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance the in-store experience.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and settle registers.
• Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and RF equipment to assist selling and order fulfillment.
