Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and assist on the selling floor to deliver excellent service.
• Lead colleagues in completing tasks and executing store standards.
• Promote mobile app usage and omni-channel initiatives with customers.
• Provide fast feedback to People Leaders to improve the customer experience.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures and handle registers.
• Educate colleagues on point-of-sale technology and equipment.
• Maintain merchandise standards and assist in fulfillment of orders.
