Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers warmly, educate them on the Unlimited Membership program, and convert interest into loyalty. You will balance sales with exceptional service, handling concerns promptly and maintaining a clean, inviting site environment.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish), and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors. Prior front-line or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Extroverted, high-energy presence suited to customer-facing moments.
• Comfortable handling complaints and turning interactions into memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with confidence, energy, and a smile to set the tone from the start.
• Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
• Close sales while maintaining trust and not appearing pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally when things go sideways.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming in every customer-facing area.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
