El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests, drive memberships, and turn visits into loyalty. You’ll read customers, tailor your approach, and close sales without being pushy while delivering a standout experience.

Based in a fast-paced site, you’ll maintain a clean, safe environment, log feedback in Micrologic, and partner with the team to meet goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive.
• Confident handling complaints on the spot.
• Experience with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable outdoors.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets.

• Demonstrate customer-centric service standards and collaborate with the team.
