Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–3 years in customer service or internal sales.
• Specialized knowledge: folding carton operations, planning or CSR experience.
• Proficient with PC tools, MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Process orders from entry to closing, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with production planning, scheduling and logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Support regional cross-functional teams and lead local CI-driven projects.
