Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to collaborate with Sales, Deductions, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Contracts teams to ensure superior service for assigned accounts. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships and handling a wide product mix with varying contractual terms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer care or related experience.
• College degree preferred; Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Independent decision-making with data-driven analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inputs, and monitors customer orders from receipt to invoicing.
• Responds promptly to requests on order status, pricing, shipping, PODs and invoicing.
• Provides timely resolutions to customer and commercial representatives’ challenges.
• Identifies account management and process improvement opportunities.
• Supports customer needs through cross-functional channels and multi-product lines.
• Manages complex accounts for high-profile customers and leads related initiatives.
