Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Spring, TX to greet customers at our car Vending Machine and guide them through the car-buying experience. You will handle lightweight paperwork, take notes in our tracking system, and respond to questions about the vending process, while keeping safety in focus.

We require at least two years of customer-facing experience and fluency in English. The role offers a 7am–3pm or 1pm–9pm shift, six days a week including Saturdays, with paid time off and growth

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable pickup experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues with the vending process.
• Maintain safe driving and a clean driving record per policy.
