Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Chicago to deliver an exceptional on-site pickup experience at our car vending machine. You will guide customers through paperwork, document interactions, and help resolve questions to create lasting positive impressions.

Responsibilities include maintaining clear notes in our system and ensuring safe, smooth operations while supporting a fast-paced environment. English proficiency and reliable ability to work a demanding schedule are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for our customers at Carvana’s vending machine site.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending machine process to ensure a positive experience.
