Carvana is seeking a Customer Advocate in Daly City, CA to greet customers and guide them through the car vending experience. You’ll handle paperwork, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth, friendly customer journey in a dynamic retail setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, English fluency, and the ability to meet Notary and Vehicle Verifier requirements within the initial months.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Notary within 90 days of employment.
• Vehicle Verifier license in CA within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing pickup experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending process.
• Drive safely with a clean driving record.
• Meet state DMV/title and registration requirements.
