Job summary

Carvana Houston is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.

Shifts run 7am–3pm or 1pm–9pm; candidates must be available to work six days a week, Saturdays included. Starting pay is $19/hour, with progression to $21/hour and quarterly merit increases. A 401(k) with Carvana match and additional benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Notary eligibility within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• California applicants may require a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Address questions or minor technical issues related to the vending process.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
