Carvana in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying journey. You will interact with customers at our car vending machine onsite and complete paperwork with a friendly demeanor.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with potential growth to $21 hourly based on performance, plus benefits and a path for advancement. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging pickup experience for customers at Carvana Vending Machine onsite.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending process.
• Maintain safe driving and a clean driving record.
