Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Boston to deliver an exceptional on-site pickup experience for customers using our car vending machine. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing work and strong English communication.

You will handle paperwork, notes, and inquiries while upholding safety and a positive customer journey. The position offers a starting pay of $22 per hour, with opportunities to advance to $24 per hour through performance-based programs and weekly merit

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Notary within 90 days of employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing pick up experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine site.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or minor issues with the vending process promptly.
• Maintain a safe driving record in line with Carvana's policy.
