Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Boston to guide customers through the unique Vending Machine experience. You will be the face of Carvana on site, handling paperwork and notes in our tracking system while delivering excellent service.

We offer a starting rate of $22/hour with growth opportunities based on performance, plus a range of benefits and a merit-based Careers Not Jobs program for incremental raises.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to obtain Notary within 90 days.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at Carvana's Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or minor issues related to the vending machine process.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
