Job summary

Carvana in Daly City, CA is seeking Customer Advocates with 2+ years of customer-facing experience to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the face of Carvana as customers visit our car vending machine, helping with documentation and resolving questions to make car-buying memorable.

Shifts run 7am–3pm or 1pm–9pm, with seven-day availability and rotating days off. This role offers a competitive starting rate and clear paths to higher pay through performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the Carvana vending machine
• Complete customer paperwork and thorough notes in the tracking system
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending process
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely per Carvana policies
• Obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored)
• Meet state-specific requirements related to DMV/title and registration systems
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days of employment
