Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States to coach customers on lease renewals and payments. The role involves building relationships, handling payments, and guiding customers toward ownership through clear, empathetic communication.

This position offers incentive pay based on performance and a hourly wage of $12.50–$13.00, with eligibility for benefits and career growth within Aaron's stores.

Formación

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in-home visits.
• Explain benefits of timely lease renewals and drive payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in company vehicles.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle logs.
