Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States to coach customers, drive payments, and renew leases. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to guide customers toward ownership and positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer service, high energy, and effective multitasking as you support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction across the store's operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Willing to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in the store system and schedule payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements in home or by phone.
• Sell customers on renewal benefits and timely payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the QA Center for items returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
