Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, manage lease renewals, and drive payments. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to help customers progress toward ownership while maintaining accurate account information.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging conversations. Incentive pay programs are part of total rewards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Contact customers with non-renewed Leases by phone or in home visits.
• Promote timely lease renewals and payment collections.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
• Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
