Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role centers on coaching customers to drive payments and lease renewals, building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers closer to ownership of their merchandise.

Salary ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour and is eligible for incentive pay based on performance. The position offers comprehensive benefits including PTO, health coverage, retirement options, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
