Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. in Jacksonville, TX is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on payments and lease renewals, building relationships by phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

Qualifications

• United States 21+ with valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• DOT requirements to obtain state certifications.
• Ability to work 8am–9pm schedule.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs; up to 300 lbs with dolly.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and multitasking ability.
• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone and in home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payments.
• Assist Customer Account Manager to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
