Aaron's in Monticello, AR is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor who will coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and help them toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships by phone and in person, explain lease benefits, and ensure customers are satisfied.

This hourly role offers $13.25–$14.00 with incentive pay and a benefits package including paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store systems.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
