Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. You will coach customers on payments and renewals, building relationships by phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role includes driving revenue, maintaining records, and supporting sales with a high-energy team, with eligibility for incentive pay and a pay range of $12.25 to $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires valid state driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy (MVR).
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required by location.
• Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product; operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
