The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and support ownership goals of merchandise across locations in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure product, and safely operate the company vehicle; certify returned merchandise.
