Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals while building strong relationships with customers both over the phone and in person.

You will manage accounts, help customers understand lease benefits, and guide them toward ownership, with a pay range of $12.00 to $13.00 per hour and eligibility for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and DOT requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
