Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Michigan. You will coach customers, drive payments, and renew lease agreements by explaining benefits and ensuring satisfaction to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers $14.25–$15.00 per hour plus performance-based incentive pay. Aaron’s provides benefits including on demand pay, career advancement, PTO, health options, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by phone or in-home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
