Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied, building relationships over the phone and in person toward ownership of their merchandise.

This role pays $12.25 to $13.00 per hour and is eligible for incentive pay. The benefits package includes paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Ability to work varied hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on your own; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
